If, for any reason, you are not happy with the item you receive, we will gladly take it back for a full refund of your purchase price less shipping charges. All you need to do is obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from us and send it back no more than 30 days from the date of delivery of the item you wish to return. Please note: this policy does not apply to items received damaged in transit, nor does it apply to items that have been installed or otherwise used. Read below for more details.

Damaged In Transit

If you received your item damaged, many times it is due to negligence on the part of the delivering carrier. Visible damage to the carton/package is not always required. Many times weight from a heavier package can cause damage to the contents inside without causing visible damage to the outer carton/package.

In the case of an item received damaged please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us to report that you received a damaged item and give us a brief description of the items condition. We will then open a damage claim with the delivering carrier.
  • You must keep the package and all of its contents in your possession until contacted by the carrier for pickup and inspection.

Texas European Parts will take over from here! We will follow through the claim process until we are notified of the final outcome of the claim. This process may take approximately two weeks to complete. Upon completion of the claim we will be able to ship you a new item. Please be patient and understand we are not the only ones involved in delivering a package to you.

Defective Merchandise

We will exchange any UNINSTALLED defective merchandise for the same item, or we will refund your purchase under the following conditions:

  • The item is returned to us within 30 days of the buyer receiving it (It is the buyers responsibility to inspect each item upon receipt, even if they do not intend to use it for some time).
  • A Return Authorization Number is issued and the Return Form on the back of the invoice is completed.
  • The return is in the original box with all packaging material, manuals, installation materials, and all else that came with it.

Penalties could result if these conditions are not met. Goods that are returned outside the 30-day delivery window are subject to a 15% re-stock fee. Items that were originally drop-shipped from the manufacturer are also subject to a re-stock fee if there is no defect. Items that are made-to-order for custom dimensions, colors, etc. are non-returnable unless defect can be proven.

Properly pack, insure, and ship your return via USPS to our return address. You are responsible for shipping, insuring, and proof of delivery on all returns. Therefore, please retain all tracking/insurance information until we ship the new item or refund the purchase.

Please allow 10-14 business days from the time we receive the returned item for your return to be processed. Once the return is complete we will replace any defective merchandise and ship it back to the buyer at OUR expense. If the return is due to our error, we will refund your cost of returned ground shipping.

If the returned goods are damaged during shipment back to us, you are responsible for making a claim directly to your delivering carrier.

IMPORTANT: If a package is sent back to us without a Return Authorization Number (via either the delivering carrier's "Return To Sender" option or through the action of the buyer), we will retain ownership of said item(s) and they can be re-shipped at the buyer's expense.

All items will be shipped after payment is fully received/cleared. If your item is specially ordered, made to order, or drop-shipped from the manufacturer, this may take longer. Shipping by ground within the US takes 1 to 7 business days. In order to receive tracking information after your item(s) ship, please add sales@texaseuropeanparts.com to your list of approved email senders.

  • We ship via our account only - Please no third party shipping accounts.
  • Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment being received/cleared.
  • We ship via USPS and FedEx. Please use the shipping calculator located in the auction or contact us for shipping quotes to your specific location.
  • INTERNATIONAL shipments are subject to Customs Duty and Brokerage fees in your country and are not our responsibility. International shipments could take up to one month to arrive due to increased delays in customs, but this is unusual. Please be patient if you are shipping outside the US.
  • INTERNATIONAL orders shipped via USPS Air Mail will NOT receive tracking information. The only international service USPS offers with tracking information is Global Express Mail Service (EMS). If you do not choose this shipping method, we will not be able to provide a tracking number. If your package is too large to be shipped via Global EMS, we will not be able to provide a tracking number (please visit www.USPS.com for EMS size limits to your country).
  • Truck freight shipping quotes are only approximations. We reserve the right to change the shipping cost prior to shipment if your package is larger or heavier than estimated.

Sales Tax:

Texas shipments will be charged sales tax of 8.25%, sorry this is the law! Any other seller who does not charge sales tax and is located in Texas is irresponsible and breaking Texas State Law.

  • Payments paid by Paypal will be sent to the billing address of the credit card or the address given to us in the Paypal payment.
  • Paypal payments must be in one full transaction. If a Paypal payment is made and we cannot accept it for any reason it will be returned.
  • We will send an invoice within 24 hours of the auction close. Please check your email address registered with Ebay as it will be sent there. If you do not receive an invoice within 24 hours please contact us.
  • Payments must be received within 7 business days from auction close, no exceptions. Failure to do so will result in a non-bidder warning (which may lead to your suspension from Ebay) and negative feedback.
